My therapeutic approach is built on the understanding that each person’s path to recovery is unique. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure-based techniques to help patients address the core thoughts and behaviors that fuel anxiety and depression. Together, we work to understand the patterns that contribute to emotional distress, and then take practical and systematic steps to challenge those patterns and create lasting change. I believe that therapy is collaborative, where we set clear goals, track progress, and make adjustments as needed. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

MY EXPERIENCE
I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate life’s challenges, especially when those challenges feel isolating or overwhelming. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the incredible resilience of individuals who, with the right support and tools, can transform their lives. Helping patients face and work through their struggles, whether anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulties, is profoundly rewarding. I truly believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing. Being a part of that process, and seeing people reclaim their lives, is what keeps me passionate about this work every single day.
